COUNSELLING

Life is so fast-paced these days - so many high expectations and deadlines to reach.

It can be overwhelming at times, and we can come to feel anxious, lonely, frightened, depressed and confused.

I'm an integrative counsellor, which means I use different elements of specific therapies, creating a tailored therapy session to suit your needs. 


My goal is to support and help you understand yourself more deeply, and ultimately cope better with change.

I have volunteered for Cruse Bereavement Care for close to 3 years and I have supported people from all age groups. Grief is a natural process, but it can be overwhelming.

Grief can bring up a lot of emotions and everyone copes differently.

Often, it is difficult to talk to those close to you about your fears, anxieties and concerns about the future.

I am here to listen, support you and gently guide you through the process.

However, sometimes feelings of anxiety can be constant , overwhelming or out of proportion to the situation, which can affect your daily life.

I am here to help you understand and cope with your anxiety, and guide you towards a more positive future.

Stress is something many people experience regularly, yet too much stress can negatively impact you mind , body and relationships.

Experiencing this for a long period of time can lead to feelings of physical, mental and emotional exhaustion, often called burnout. This can stop you from living a healthy, positive life.

I am here to support you in exploring your stress and its causes, and helping you to find ways to feel more in control.
