I appreciate how hard it can be to make the right choice of counsellor/hypnotherapist to meet your needs. With this in mind, I offer a free consultation, either face-to-face, by Zoom, or by telephone.
This gives you the opportunity to meet me and talk about how I can support you, without any obligations.
My therapy room is based at Hope Street Xchange
(beside Sunderland University in Sunderland City Centre)
There is a free visitors' car park, and there are public transport links close by.
Hope Street Xchange also has a café on the ground floor of the building that is open to the public (closed at the moment due to Covid-19).
